All over the world, more than 60% of the population uses aluminium vessels, for cooking. Do you know, this highly famous habit can be dangerous for your health? Let us see this how.

Can anybody answer, why our ancestors used to live more than 100 years, without getting diseased or anything else? Several factors were there, diet, environment, activeness etc all played a vital role, which is quite difficult now.

One more thing, that many of us ignores or don’t know, is the vessel which we use for cooking and for kitchen purpose.

Aluminium is the most common, used cooking vessels. There are certain reasons for this.

  1. First thing, aluminium vessels are the cheapest of all the metals.
  2. It has higher heat conductivity, thus is considered best for cooking purposes.
  3. It is quite light and easy to maintain, than any other metals.
  4. It is much stronger than any other metals.

How can aluminum vessels be bad for health?

Now a question arises, how these vessels can do worse for your health. If you are using aluminium vessels for cooking on daily basis, then you are consuming up to 4 to 5 mg of aluminium daily!

Human body is not able to remove, such a high amount of  aluminium from the body naturally.

You will also notice, that the food cooked in aluminium vessels are discolored and looks different. Aluminium reacts with the food, especially with the acidic ones like tomato and thus makes it poisonous and harmful.

If you are using aluminium daily, then in just 5 years, your bones, muscles, and organs will get lubricated with a layer of aluminium.

This becomes the starting of all the major diseases!

There are several diseases, which can affect your body if you are habituating of using aluminum vessels.

What should we do then?

Go to the flashback, the answer is hidden there only! Earlier, during the times of our grandparents, what they used as cooking vessels. Iron and earthen vessels were given the first priority as kitchen utensils.

This is good from the view of both; health as well as flavor of the food. If you cook food on iron vessels, then you will get a sufficient amount of Iron naturally without using any supplements or medications.

In this fast running world, this looks quite impossible! But if you are careful about health and can afford, they must go for this. This will prove a kind of life-saver.
