  • 1 cup cooled chamomile tea
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 probiotics yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Put all components in a blender or food processor and also blend it up until smooth.
  2. After blending, put the blend in a glass, and also appreciate in this refreshing healthy and balanced drink.
