So, try not to skip over the bitter stuff the next time you are sifting through your kitchen or using ingredients, rather, try to welcome it into your life. 

Discipline is important for a healthy life

It is very important to have meals at fixed times. This helps our body and mind establish a proper and consistent routine, which is good for it. It is also important that you do not eat irregularly or try to eat “snacks” between meals because these will end up disrupting the routine and the normal balance in your stomach. What you should be doing instead, in this case, is to actually drink more water. So, if you find yourself hungry between two meals, you should start drinking water instead. This way your stomach stays full, extra toxins in your body are flushed out, and you also end up staying hydrated too. 

Always be open to different flavors. So, your diet should consist of all flavors, including sweet, savory, salty, sour, bitter and so on. The best thing you can do to ensure this is to have a meal that comprises of a number of small dishes or items of different flavors that you can eat as your meal. This allows you to experience different flavors while at every single meal. 

There should be a 14-hour fast between your dinner and your breakfast because this is an important time period where your body is dealing with a number of important functions, and should not be burdened by the food inside it.
