- 1 tsp of coconut oil
- 1 – ½ tsp of turmeric powder
- A little peppermint oil
How to prepare:
1. Make a mixture of coconut oil, turmeric powder and peppermint oil.
2. Wet your toothbrush and dip it into mixture.
3. Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes.
4. Spit and rinse well.
5. Continue this method daily for few days for desired results.
