Shallaki (Boswellia serrata)

Haridra (Curcumin longa)

  1. Take the 3 to 4 tablespoons of flaxseeds and soak in one cup of water for whole night. Next morning, strain and drink the water.

Massage of the lower abdomen and pelvic area with an essential oil like lavender or sandalwood also helps to relieve the pains in endometriosis.
