Ingredients required:

  • Hot/lukewarm water- 1/2 bucket
  • Rock salt- 2 tablespoon
  • Few drops of lavender or tea tree oil
  • Liquid soap
  • Pumice stone
  • Lightly heated olive oil

How to carry the process?

  1. First cleanse your leg and feet with normal water.
  2. Now take the bucket with lukewarm water, it should be neither too hot nor too warm.
  3. Add rock salt and the essential oil to it.
  4. Mix well and put your feet in it.
  5. The most essential part, close your eyes and feel the warmth. Feel as this warmth is recharging your body and kicking out all the stress.
  6. Keep your feet dip for 5 minutes.
  7. Now, using a pumice stone rub it around your soles and feet.
  8. It will take 10 minutes.
  9. Now, take the liquid soap and cleanse your feet.
  10. Pat with a dry towel and gently apply olive oil on feet and legs.

Now you will be feeling warmth and eased! Carry out the process for twice a week, or anytime you feel tired and stressed.
