  1. To make your body prepared, you need to tone your pelvic muscles and all other muscles so that your body is able is absorb the contractions and labor.
  2. Some warm-ups is necessary, with minor exercises where thighs and lower portion is involved. Make sure that your belly don’t face any pain or discomfort.
  3. Get adequate sleep — at least eight hours a night. If you’re suffering from sleep disturbances, take naps during the day and see your physician for advice.
  4. Eat five or six well-balanced meals each day. You diet should be mild and rich in protein, iron, fibres and such other.
  5. Try to stay happy and cheerful always, it is one of the best way to tone-up your overall body.
  6. Drink plenty of fluids — at least eight to 10 glasses a day — avoiding caffeine and artificial colouring.
