- Boil all these ingredients in 2 glasses of water in a low flame.
- Turn off the flame when the water gets to half glass.
- It tastes very tart and bitter; so add a or two teaspoon of honey in it.
- Strain it and drink as the tea.
- For immediate results, sip tea twice a day.
