Human life is the best form of creation in this earth. We humans have got all the capabilities, which many other creatures lacks. When we are infant, we are gifted with tender soft skin, healthy body parts and many more. As we grow older, slowly these things also starts getting old. As every thing needs proper care and service to remain fit; similarly this body also needs proper maintenance. The best way to achieve a fit body is “Healthy daily routine”.

What is Daily Routine?

When we wake up at morning, till we sleep at night; everything which we perform comes under our daily routine. Simply, daily routine is the combination of all the works and chores we perform in a day. It depends upon us how we make it; healthy or sedentary. It’s a fact; those who bound themselves with sedentary lifestyle; are never fit and healthy. Many times, this small thing only becomes the cause of our failure. When you mend your routine as healthy; then not physically but mentally also you feel fresh and active.

Fitness is defined to be the state when a person is physically, mentally, socially, spiritually and financially well. This makes your life go easier and keeps you free from ailments and other afflictions. So, now you must be thinking how to make your routine; a healthy routine! Daily we promise that from tomorrow my routine is going to be well-set but same case happens everyday! Daily using a pen and paper; we make a good and scheduled routine; but no change is there. What is this? The thing which we lacks is; Dedication. Remember guys, success comes with the D3 rule i.e., Dedication, Devotion and Determination.

5 easy steps for a healthy life:-

  1. Diet-

Our body is like a machine and the food is its fuel. If you are not providing ample and good quality of food, then how can this machine run well! A person’s body develops with diet. Diet has its effect not only in body but also on the mind. A person who does good deeds, eats as much as required and in accordance with the season, is healthy. Fruits and light beverage should be taken in the morning between 8 and 9 am. Your diet should contain minimal junk food and lots of dietary fibres and proteins. Your diet should be healthy and planned. It is also said “A person drinks water early in the morning, at night drinks milk after dinner and drinks buttermilk after his lunch at noon, such a person never needs to consult a doctor”.

Sleep is a happy, soothing experience in itself! Those who sleep and wakes with a smile always remains healthy and fresh. For adults; 7-8 hours of sleep is optimum. A person unable to sleep can turn lunatic. Those who sleep timely; will always be seen healthy. As the saying says- Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. All the birds, except bats and owls wake up at the break of dawn, chirp always to praise the God, then get busy with their daily routine. Retiring to bed at right time and waking up in the morning at the right time, makes a man capable and healthy.

3. Exercise for must-

Early morning when we wake up; getting freed with morning tasks we should go with exercise. Exercise is must and it should be a part of everyone’s schedule. For an active working body; regular maintenance and tone-up is necessary. Your muscles are lubricated and toned up, so that any kind of strain or wear and tear is avoided. One should follow exercise-routine as per their capacity; starting should be minimal and gradually as per convenience the time should be extended. Lack of exercise makes the physique unwell and shabby. Regular exercise can turn even a weak, ill or ordinary person to strong. Heart disease, obesity, diabetes, piles, blood pressure, mental stresses are the products of lack of physical exercise. The asanas and pranayamas fulfil all the heath requirements, don’t have any kind of side effects and brings peace, concentration and tranquillity of the person practising them. One must practice these with a smile on face and with eased mind.

4. Daily bathing-

There are many who don’t want to have bath daily; whereas there are many who want to bath daily even twice a day! You can see the difference of physique and mind-set of those persons.Those who avoid bath will always be seen lazy, lethargic, negative-minded and with a dull body and those who likes bathing will always be a succeeder in every fields. One should have bath daily and timely. Early morning is the best time and lukewarm cold water is best as it maintains your body temperature and also avoids any kind of future problems. Bathing refreshes the body; makes you feel light  and clean. Water purifies the body. Truth purifies the mind. Learning and dexterity purifies the soul and knowledge purifies the intellect. Bathing at river is considered to be the best. Keep in mind; when you bath first pour water on your legs and thighs then proceed. If you directly put water on head then it can be dangerous. It older age persons, it can lead to haemorrhages and brain strokes even; as the veins are unable to detect the sudden chilliness and in future references it can be fatal. In children, it can even lead to suffocation, shortage of breath etc; as the child is unable to sense the sudden chilliness and gets suffocated.

5. Meditation-

Meditation or Dhyan; must be performed after the completion of routine for personal hygiene, bath etc. Meditation can go with 15 minutes to 1 hour. It is small thing but works a lot. One who gives a part of day for meditation; can always be seen cheerful, smiley and positive-minded. His/Her tasks and performance will be efficiently completed with a buttery ease. It’s a fact; pure and true meditation activates your 5 points which is also called ‘panchkarmas’ hence attaching your soul with almighty spirit. Meditation is also termed as a kind of healing. You must have heard about distant healing; it is a treatment process in which one transfers his positive energies to the suffer; and as a miracle the person gets treated.

Those who are fully meditated and acquires universal energy can even treat some patients with their hand only. Simply, they have such a great faith and positiveness which is even helpful to treat others. Meditation offers you a wide range of knowledge and erases the limitation or barrier which makes you apart from your goal.

Guys, good health is the key to happiness. Heath is wealth; but who is healthy? The person who has all the three doshas- Vat, Pitta and Kapha in equilibrium, the digestive system is normal and the body is free from pains and afflictions can be said healthy. Health should not only be physical; it should be overall adopted. So, take care and live well!
