This will help you fight infections and boost your immunity. Chew basil leaves or drink basil tea twice a day. It is known to have immunity-boosting properties and protects your body from free radical damage as it is loaded with antioxidants.

Neem leaves

Neem leaves have a variety of uses. Boil some water and soak the neem leaves in it for a while. The number of platelets and white blood cells in the blood increases after drinking this water. The consumption of neem water boosts immunity and strengthens the body.   • When indoors, use air conditioning if available.
  • Make sure window and door screens are secure and free of holes. If sleeping areas are not screened or air conditioned, use mosquito nets.
  • If you have symptoms of dengue, speak to your doctor.
