Are Bathing soaps really good for skin?
Bathing soaps are made up of caustic soda, which makes your skin get whitish after using it. You can simply test it, after bathing just give a little scratch to your skin. It will get white, this is because the particles of caustic soda gets sticked to the skin causing the damage.
Soaps during decades ago:
Do you know, 20-30 years before, people were not using colourful and scented soaps. There were no such practices of using chemicals and harsh compounds to make such.
That time, people used some bathing cakes which were actually made of whole natural. Also they used gram flour, turmeric and other such things.
In result they had glowing and soft skin, even in older ages!

4 Natural Bathing techniques for all:
1. Masoor dal-
This is the gift from nature which is incredible! Masoor dal or Pink lentil, contains some cleansing agents in it which cleanses your skin softly and naturally.
For this just take 250 gms of masoor dal and grind it to form powder. Store it in an airtight container. To use, just take 2 teaspoons of the powder and mix with honey and gulabjal. Use it as soap and rub all oaround your body incuding the face.
It can also be used by kids.
2. Gram flour and turmeric-
These both has bleaching properties, mostly known to brighten your skin. Many people also use these as the face mask and has brilliant effects.
Take 3 teaspoons of gram flour and one teaspoon of turmeric powder. Mix with lemon drops and use as the soap paste.
It will improve the blood circulation and will also brighten your skin naturally. Even the famous Bollywood celebrities too use the same trick to look beautiful and youthful.
3. Raw Milk-
Do you know, raw milk has the immense cleansing properties in it. It has lactic acid in it, which makes your skin healthier and gives a natural shine.
For this, just take 2 tablespoons of raw milk (unpasteurised), with a few drops of rose water in it. Using a paper tissue or cotton ball, rub it all over the body and leave for a minute. As it gets dried, wash away with with lukewarm water.
You will feel the results yourself.
Ubtan or the mixture of different ingredients is used by since decades. During Indian marriages, a paste or ubtan is applied to the bride’s body, called haldi. It increases the glow and makes it look beautiful.
It is very easy to prepare and can also be used by small babies.
