Our facial skin is the most delicate part of our body. We try a lot of remedies to care it, but home remedies suits the best. Today we will be talking about Avocado Face mask for all skin types.
It will be suiting all the skin types to keep it healthy and glowing. Avocado is considered as one of the healthiest food on planet for body health as well as for skin.
How Avocado cares your skin?
Avocado fruit is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and E, and moisturizing fatty acids that will keep skin healthy, glowing, fresh and younger. It reduces wrinkles and blemishes, fights acne causing germs and reduces aging.
We will be describing here three types of avocado mask suiting three skin types; oily, dry and normal skin.
Homemade Avocado face mask:
1. For Normal skin
- 2 Table spoon mashed Avocado
- 2 Table spoon boiled mash Carrot
- 1 table-spoon olive oil
- A pinch of turmeric
Mix all ingredients together and apply on the face and neck carefully avoiding eye area and leave for 20 minutes. Wash with lukewarm water to see best results. This mask with clean the impurities from the skin and leave your face fresh and hydrated.
2. For Oily skin
- 2 Tbsp. Avocado
- clay (Multani Mitti)
- 2 drops of almond or olive oil (optional)
Mash the avocado in a bowl and combine with clay until they form a smooth paste add drops of oil and mix together.
Apply the paste on face and neck for 30 minutes or until the clay dries out. Rinse with lukewarm water. This multi benefit mask will regulate the skin oiliness and hydrate the skin by preventing natural moisture, nourishes the skin deeply by removing excess oil from the skin.
3. For Dry skin
Mash avocado and banana together to form smooth paste, add olive oil and juice and mix.
Apply the paste on face and neck and leave for 20 minutes, wash with tap water.
This mask will remove the dead cells, prevent wrinkle causing elements and hydrates the skin by keeping natural moisture back.
