Take 2 tablespoon of Cumin seeds and soak it in a glass of water for overnight. Next morning, boil this and have as your morning tea. Also chew the left cumin seeds. With the regular practice, it will help to flush out any kind of extra fat from your body. This remedy will start showing its result in just 30 days.

Method 2-

It is summer season and grounded cumin seeds are widely preferred. This is a very easy and healthy way which will help to reduce weight. On a daily basis, take a cup of plain curd and mix a teaspoon of cumin powder in it. It will enhance the taste and is best for weight loss.

Method 3-

Take 3 gm of cumin powder and few drops of honey. Mix in a glass of water and drink it. You can also prepare vegetable soup and add a teaspoon of cumin seeds in it. Do the same process with brown rice. It will increase the taste and will even help in losing weight.
