Honey is a yellowish-brown coloured sticky fluid which is obtained from flowers whereas cinnamon sticks are obtained from the bark of cinnamon tree. In a combinations both are like nectar for today’s world. It is found that a mix of honey and cinnamon cures most diseases. Here we will talk about how to cure certain diseases using the mixture of honey and cinnamon.

Good for Cholesterol problems
It has been identified that in India itself 7 out of 10 persons are suffering from cholesterol disorders. It’s a disorder in which the fat/oil level raises in blood which makes the blood circulation tougher.
Take 2 tablespoons of honey and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon powder mixed in it. Mix it in 16 ounces of tea water and give to the patient once a day. In chronic cholesterol, it can also be taken twice to thrice a day. It will normalize the triglyceride, HDL and VLDL with a regular practice itself.
It is very useful for Colds:
Right now, rainy and monsoons are going on. It brings viral infections and several monsoonal diseases with it. Cold is one of them; it upsets your whole body system. In case of common or severe colds; take 1 tablespoon of lukewarm honey with 1/4 spoon of cinnamon powder thrice a day.

Pimple are mostly seen among teenagers. Well, the main reason for pimples on skin its dirtying of blood or raised level of body oil and many more. It makes your skin look unattractive and ugly. Many of us, starts pressing the pimple which gets converted into black scar.
Take 3 tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Make a paste of this and apply on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. You should do it daily for a couple of weeks. It removes the pimple from root and also clears the scar.
