Sometimes it feels so irritating when you have to rethink whether to go out in parties or not. After reading the article, I came to know where I was lacking. SO, really thanks. Now, I know what I should do to solve my stomach problem.

  2. if i drink warm water with lemon and honey it’s ok or the honey will have an opposite effect? I’m a vata dosha , still unbalanced and easily have problems when i’m stressed or change even one thing at my routine

    • Most sweeteners are good for vata, but itโ€™s generally best to avoid large quantities of honey. It can be quite harmful and can be depleting, if overused. You better take warm water with lemon as it does no harm and is good.
Berries, pistachios, sweet potato, beet, dates, red lentils, avocado, jaggery, barley malt etc are the vata-pacifying food and you must include in your diet.

Well, I will try to post a similar article on Vata dosha which will especially be dealing with favoring and avoiding food to balance Vata dosha.
