How Gelatin curbs Body pains?

According to studies, the best way to prevent joint pain is to consume gelatin on regular basis. Gelatin is a protein obtained by boiling down animal products and contains collagen, which in turn helps form cartilage and bone. Since collagen is a fibrous protein that strengthens the body’s connective tissues, it allows the bones to be elastic so they can stretch without breaking.

During the aging process, your body reduces the production of collagen, so individual collagen fibers become increasingly cross-linked with each other. Gelatin has the ability to treat osteoarthritis and osteoporosis and aid in the recovery of stress-related injuries due to its collagen content.
