Yes, now we are going to tell you about the steps in homemade facial. It is very easy, just you have to take out about 60 minutes for this. So let’s move.
1. Cleanup regimen-
Cleanup is meant to take out all the dirt from your skin. For this, take raw milk and dip a cotton ball in it. Rub it all over your face and let it sit for a minute.
Now wash it off. Here the process of cleansing is done.
Steaming is basically done to open the skin pores, so that the furthur steps can be done easily. When the pores are freed, then all the treatments will go inside the skin giving best results.
Take a bowl of hot water and you towel. Put your face above the bowl and feel the steam. Make sure you don’t burn your skin. DO this for about 10 minutes. After steming you can see your skin pores visible.
Scrubbing of the skin means to take out all the dead cells from the skin and exfoliate it. When you feel your skin as dark and dull, then its nothing but a layer of dead skin cells which is not letting the skin to breath.
For this, take 2 teaspoon of white sugar, few drops of honey and 10-15 drops of lemon in it. Mix well and take out some in your fingers. Using the fingers, rub it gently all over the face and neck areas for about 2 minutes.
Let it sit for a while then wash it off with lukewarm water. You will notice your skin softer and glowing now.
4. Face Mask–
For this, take a teaspoon of haldi powder and a teaspoon of sandalwood powder. Mix it with rose water to make a fine paste.
Apply it all over the skin and neck region, and let it sit till dried. After that wash with lukewarm water.
This is the final step of facial which will moisturize your skin, to make it soft and retain the moisture. Take few drops of olive oil and glycerine on palms.
One can do this once a week. It’s very effective and the best thing is you don’t have to waste a single penny for it! All the things are available at your home only.
