  • Soak into the water for at least 30 mints.
  • Add some salt to remove excessive bitterness.
  • Blend these bitter gourd piece.
  • Strain it and consume the juice.
  • Optionally one can add the honey or salt and pepper.

2. Garlic

Antioxidant properties of garlic are quite good in relieving the pain and can also ease the tenderness in edema. Moreover it helps to absorb excess fluid.

How to use

Chew two to three cloves twice daily.

3. Corn Silk

How to use

  • Dry the corn silk.
  • Steep it in a cup of boiling water for about 5 minutes.
  • Consume this tea two- three times daily.

4. Coriander Seeds

  • Add 2- 3 tablespoons of coriander seeds in one cup of water.

6. Epsom Salt Bath

How to use

  • Add the two cups of Epsom salt in warm bathwater.
