    1. Gokhru is a very hard herb which should be taken under the guidance of some expert physicians. A person who has already undergone Kidney transplant; should better not use Gokhru herb. Kidney transplant is like stitching a new organ to your body, and this time his/her body is not so prepared to absorb it. After 6 months of the transplant, you can visit the nephrologist and may ask about the future procedures.
