Let us see the ingredients as well as the preparation of the herbal infusion.

Ingredients required:

  • 1 liter of drinking water
  • 8-10 Tulsi leaves
  • 2 inch piece of ginger

How to prepare it?

  1. Take a pan or some thick base vessel.
  2. Add water to it and heat in full flame.
  3. Now crush Tulsi and ginger, mixing into it.
  4. Boil this on a medium flame so that the water reduces to half.
  5. It will change it’s color to brownish yellow, and an aromatic fragrance will be observed.

How to use it?

Cool it little, strain the herbal infusion and drink as normal water.
